This belly dance for fitness class is a fun way to exercise and tone up. It is a multi-level courses geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness level. Sessions are low-impact and a excellent cardiovascular workout that helps to strengthen muscles, especially the back and abdominal muscles. And because you’re moving to the beat of the music, the courses wouldn’t feel like a workout at all!
Choose 1 session for a trial or 5 sessions to knowledge the benefits of the workout. Classes can be rebooked until desired results are achieved.
